I joined Paycom (Oklahoma's #1 Best Place to work for 8 years in a row, the leader in Oklahoma's Corporate HR Tech Services: https://paycom.com/ ) in 2020. Mid-Pandemic, beginning of winter, and life around us was weird (Are we sure we haven't been in the twilight zone for the last 2 years?)! Anyways, Paycom.... was a wonderful sigh of relief!
I started remotely as the talent senior on my team of 8-15 recruiters for corporate operations & quickly was promoted to HR/Talent Business Process Analyst ll where I still am today! (12.1.21)
In just one quarter of recruiting, we accomplished....So.....Much.....
I was able to bring my experience with planning and facilitating virtual hiring events, and help train & implement across all of TA. Later, I was tasked with stratting & hiring out a complete bilingual branch of client service teams for OKC & DFW. Which quite honestly, was a BLAST! During my time on the talent team, we beat the onboarding goal by over 150%. Paycom's talent leaders are exceptional, so of course our team would grind it out during a turbulent time and still crush it!
Take that, Pandemic!
After about 8/9 months, I was promoted to "HR/Talent Business Process Analyst ll". This role has been wonderful to build out and help align organizational processes.
So far, I have had the honor of pioneering projects like:
1. Constructing our entire pre-employment accommodation policy, training, & implementation. 2. Completing in-depth talent acquisitions analysis 3. Mapping for various onboarding processes.
And several.several.several..... others!
The transition back into office was a.whole.experience!
