Education:
I have achieved my Bachelors Degree of Liberal Arts with a Business Administration minor from the
University of Central Oklahoma.
I have also achieved my Society of Human Resources Management - Certified Professional Credentials (SHRM-CP)
Professional Goals:
My professional goals remain unlimited, I am always hungry & thrive on continuing to learn new processes and skills. Ideally I would move into a director level role next, this would be 100% remote & prioritize diversity inclusion innovation.

I am direct and considerate, I prefer to over communicate rather than under, while evaluating the receivers needs as well. I believe in relentless honesty & consistency. I request feedback and actively try to engage & improve my E.Q. Quite honestly, I was never the top of my class, but I am ALWAYS the hardest grinder on my team. If I don't know, I will research, I will put in the work, and I will always overshoot the goal.
