A Manager of Amazing People.

From 2017 - 2020 I managed the largest branch in my company, with 3-5 internal employees in office & nearly 400 employees staffed under my team.... It was a grind! The lessons I learned from this position are invaluable, and I am forever grateful!

With 7 facilities & nearly 30 hiring managers to partner with, I was responsible for conducting Hiring Events, Client Site Evaluations, Worker's Comp, De-escalations & leveraging staffing needs for Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA) Long Term Care Facilities.

Ardmore, Clinton, Claremore, Norman, Lawton, Sulphur, & Talihina ODVA Centers, taught me a huge lesson about business culture vs. location.
